Welcome!

Hello! I am Shunsuke Ishii (石井 俊輔 in Japanese), an incoming Pre-Doctoral Research Assistant at London Business School, Economics Subject Area. I also work as a research assistant for ERATO KOJIMA Market Design Project at the University of Tokyo, as well as for the University of Tokyo Market Design Center (UTMD).

I hold an MSc in Econometrics and Mathematical Economics from the London School of Economics and Political Science, which I obtained in July 2026. Prior to that, I graduated in July 2025 from the University of Edinburgh with MA (Hons) in Economics with First Class Honours (which is an undergraduate degree, following a Scottish convention).
